ValuWaste Advantage helps chefs and managers turn the raw data from the ValuWaste Tracker into useful information by providing standard reports, custom reports, and dashboards. .

Advantage is a PC software application that runs on Windows XP or Windows Vista. It is designed for use by chefs and managers with little time to spare. The software automates all the key weekly functions, allowing a manager to invest no more than 15 minutes managing the effort.

In addition to reporting and storing data, Advantage allows managers to directly configure the settings for any of their Trackers.

Stores all food waste data for a ValuWaste site (1 or more Trackers)
Provides simple, flexible reporting capabilities (view sample reports) that meet the demands of managers who want push-button weekly summaries as well as those that want to dive deep.
Manages Tracker configuration, including staff names, food types, loss reasons, container tare weights, stations, dayparts, dispositions, event order numbers, and custom questions.
Helps managers upload data to LeanPath coaches for feedback and backup.
