ValuWaste
Tracker is our food waste data collection device,
which is placed close to where food waste is being generated
or discarded in your organization. Depending on
the size and complexity of your operation, more than one
Tracker might be recommended for efficiency.
Foodservice employees use Tracker's intuitive user
interface to measure and record all pre-consumer food
waste before discarding it. Managers
then periodically transfer the collected data to a central
database using simple built-in procedures and a USB
thumb drive (network option also available). |

ValuWaste Advantage
creates and maintains the
central database of food waste information, and provides
a variety of reports that give the manager and team critical insights about their
operation, and how to make it more efficient.
Typically, the foodservice manager will collect data and
run reports once per week.
Advantage is designed to support
multiple Trackers efficiently, and can report either on
individual Trackers or a set of Trackers. |
