prior to disposal.
How it works:
Staff use the simple, bi-lingual Tracker to quickly &
easily weigh kitchen waste prior to disposal.
This process
typically requires less than 5 seconds to complete and
no LeanPath customers add labor to do it.
Staff get used to the process, just like sanitation and
safety practices, and it becomes part of the normal
routine. A
manager transfers the accumulated
waste data once per week to a PC running
ValuWaste Advantage.
