LeanPath Support & Software Maintenance
is an annual subscription and
provides access to many services, from
technical assistance to program management
consulting and data reviews:
LeanPath Support Overview

License to software updates is included.
When LeanPath releases new updates to
your software, you receive the right to
use them at no additional cost while
maintaining the Support Subscription.

Refresh Training is included. If you
have new managers, we will schedule
telephone/WebEx training sessions with
them to explain the program, its
operation, and how to approach data
analysis. If you experience turnover,
this is an important part of maintaining
institutional memory around the program.

PC Changes are supported. If you
purchase a new PC, we will walk you
through the migration process to move
your data and application from one PC to
the next.

Data Back-ups are included. We encourage
you to upload your data to us regularly
so we can store a backup. If you
experience a catastrophic PC failure
(such as a hard drive crash) we will be
able to restore your data. Since this is
a data-driven program, it’s important
not to lose any of the history.

Special requests are welcomed. If you
have a special need for features,
program tools, forms, etc. we will work
with you to meet the need.

On Demand Consulting. If you run into
questions about data, goals, persistent
waste problems, we are a phone call
away. We will review your data, offer
suggestions and work with you to develop
solutions.

Loaner Program. If your system requires
repair, we will provide a loaner unit
(pending availability) at no cost other
than shipping.

Access to Support Web Site. We have many
digital templates, tools and
presentations available on this support
site for customers with support
subscriptions.

Database Maintenance. If you need help
compacting a database, resolving a
technical glitch, or fixing some data
that was erroneously entered we are
available to help.

Basic Technical Support. Finally, we
offer tech support basics including
incident response and resolutions, help
with feature questions, etc.
