The Business Development Manager is responsible for developing and growing new client partnerships with leading food businesses. Duties include prospecting, discovery, pilot program coordination, and business case development. The ideal candidate will possess substantial experience selling on premise smart hardware enabled IoT solutions to multinational enterprise customers. We have an open opportunity for an experienced Product Manager who is passionate about building a dynamic suite of data analytics features/products that will enable the foodservice and hospitality industry to end avoidable food waste. Key Responsibilities

  • Gain a deep understanding of customer experience to identify and fill gaps, and generate new ideas that will improve customer experience and drive growth

  • Create buy-in for the product plan both internally and externally

We have an immediate opportunity for an Account Manager to build and grow relationships with an existing global enterprise client. This individual will be responsible for managing contracts and renewals; listening to and identifying client needs; coordinating delivery efforts among the Operations, Customer Success and Customer Support teams; and preparing reports and analyses for client sites. The Account Manager will drive initiatives independently, taking full ownership of financial and strategic goals related to existing customer growth and retention. They will possess excellent communication, collaboration and project management skills and be a self-motivated, results-oriented, persistent, high-integrity and positive individual.  

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship. The Account Manager (“AM”) will be the client’s primary point of contact for the US and Canada.
  • Planning & Project Management. The AM will be responsible for overall project management and liaise with client teams and LeanPath internal departments to ensure successful execution. The AM will deliver demos, scope and prepare orders/contracts for interested sites. Upon contract signing, the AM is responsible for transitioning the client to the Project Office (Operations) to initiate the launch process. The AM will also collaborate with the account’s Global Account Director on annual client account planning, as well as collaborate on success criteria for pilots.
  • Revenue, Retention & Add-on Sales.
    The AM will be accountable for achieving quarterly/annual recurring revenue targets, managing contract renewals and site license transfers, and seeking opportunities and drive activities for add-on sales to exiting sites.
  • Program Results & Client Communication. Working with Customer Success and utilizing LeanPath client dashboards, the AM will monitor client satisfaction and program results and be responsible for reporting and presenting results to client leadership. The AM will escalate all non-compliance issues to the client, including program participation and past due invoices.
  • Marketing & Representation. The AM may periodically attend conferences, industry events and client meetings. The AM will work with Customer Success and Marketing to develop program materials and case studies, and document customer feedback requests for product changes. The AM may also represent LeanPath at industry professional associations.
  • Other Duties. The AM will perform other duties as assigned. Overall, they serve as the point person to understand client challenges and take all steps necessary, in collaboration with others at LeanPath to resolve issues expediently. These duties will include building best practice, standardized processes, maintaining account knowledge, assisting with recruiting and training of new team members.

We have an immediate opportunity for a Shipping and Receiving Clerk to assist our Manufacturing and Customer Service department operations. The Shipping and Receiving Clerk is responsible for final QA of finished goods, facilitating quality shipment with 100% accuracy, receiving incoming goods, inventory control and assisting manufacturing/customer service as necessary. This individual will have an aptitude for organization, efficiency, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform final QA on products and materials.
  • Prepare country specific information packets and other necessary signage to be included with shipments
  • Breakdown, package goods and prepare units for final shipment per the packing slip and traveler.
  • Prepare shipping documents per the LeanPath shipping SOP.
  • Maintain and keep organized records of all outputs, inputs and transfers of shipped and received goods.
  • Receive, unpack, inventory and shelve incoming raw goods.
  • Receive, unpack and properly record all returning finished goods.
  • Appropriately report and record all damage and discrepancies.
  • Assist with restocking and staging materials for production.
  • Maintain excellent records tracking all incoming and outgoing goods.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Other duties as assigned.
